Brought my 2 Yorkies and Shih Tzu in for a mini groom. Returned to pickup and after paying for services they were brought out. I could see that they were not bathed none of them. Hair around face and anal area had not been touched on either yorkie. The shirts had not even been removed. There was no fresh scent at all. My Shih Tzu looked like paws had been trimmed around but nothing else had been done. Mini Groom. Includes bath with shampoo and conditioner of your choice, blow-dry, trim of the hair on the feet, face and sanitary area, nail trim, ear cleaning, and cologne or finishing spray of your choice. I don’t care to pay for something but when it’s paying for a service that’s not performed that’s another story. I will not be bringing them back.

I liked the place next time I think I'll see what the spa's about it sounded pretty cool. The ladies there were very nice and they were great with my dog he was really scared. He's old and since I moved down here a year ago he's lost he's eyesight and he's hearing so he gets scared and nervous anytime I take him out of the house and because of that I was kinda worried about taking him someplace and leaving him by himself for a couple of hours but the ladies were really good with him and he seemed to have had a good time and they did a real good job on the grooming. It had been awhile so he was in pretty shaggy condition. I won't worry about it next time and I might let him get the spa. Too bad they don't have one for the owners Im sure I could use one my next February when my next appointm

Called the on Thursday and got an appointment for Friday morning! These girls are great! My dog is always so excited to go in and leaves looking and smelling fantastic! His hair is always so even, no stragglers and so soft at pick up. The front desk staff are always so kind and even let me pick his finishing spray which is an awesome touch to their service, as well as the super cute glow in the dark spider web bandana perfect for Halloween upcoming!! Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed!!

I absolutely love bringing my dog Dixie here! They take such great care of her every single time. She always comes home smelling amazing, looking adorable, and feeling so soft. It gives me peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hands. Highly recommend!

The grooming was good but my puppy was injured under her chin on her neck and they didn’t even tell me anything happened. After about a week I noticed a large bump on her and it looked bad. Took her to the vet and they said it happened while grooming and I ask if they would have noticed and was told yes she would have let them know something happened. It got infected and cost me $119.00 dollars for visit and meds to clear the infection from the spot on her neck. Would not have been so bad if they had just let me know so I could have kept an eye on it from day one but where it was you couldn’t see it unless you were looking for it.
