I just moved to Mississippi after living all over the U.S.A. I got my first heart break, and disappointment right away thanks to SRAH. I contacted them to take my parrot in for a beak, wing and nail groom. I was told that I could not bring him in unless I caged him. I thought vet offices are in the business because they care about animals and those who love them. He is my child and he has never been in a cage. His tail is 18 inches long and he doesn't fly. I have always taken him in to a vet with no problem. So I respect their rules, however he could have stayed in the car until his turn or gone through the side door. They didn't even offer anything just sorry ma'am goodbye. He lives with my 3 year old chow Jasmine. Now I have to drive him to Mobile to a vet office that loves anima

If I could give zero stars I would. If you love your animals as much as we love ours do not ever use this Vet. He gave our dog a huge round of shots and a vaccination up her nose knowing that she was already sick which is why we brought her in to begin with. She unexpectedly passed away days later. Of course he refused to take any responsibility. I hope this review can save at least one animals life.

I sadly had two issues with the dr on this place. Both issues were malpractice related. It was hard to let go of him because he will work with you no doubt about it. But after giving him enough chances I had enough. The bad outweighed the good. I brought a kitten with a botfly in her skin from a scratch. The vet had to make a little incision to get the botfly out. When he finishes, I saw my kitten told him “it looks like it’s still there”. He proceeded to disregard what my eyes were seeing. He told me he removed it and she should have a quick recovery. When i got home, the botfly was still in her. I called him right back and he nonchalantly told me to bring her back. When he checked again, there it was, starring right back at him. What made me upset was the fact that my fur baby had to go

Office staff is incompetent. My dog had glaucoma and they said they sent the referral to the specialist. I called back to check to see if they sent the referral, as it had been 10+ days and I had not heard anything. They said yes, and told me to be patient. My dog was in severe pain with no medication. I finally found the specialists number and gave them a call. They never received the referral. In the meantime, my dog got significantly worse and Dr. Dagget refused to see him, so we were forced to go to the ER vet. My dog is now completely blind and had to have both eyes surgically removed due to the delay in care. This office will also make it extremely difficult to get preventative medicine from a third party pharmacy (yet it appears they are routinely out of stock of the needed medicat
