If we could give infinite stars we would!! We cannot say enough good things about Simon Veterinary Surgical!! We love them! Dr. Simon and her team saved our kitten’s life!!! They went above and beyond, even fostering him for over a month. Because of them, Jack is thriving and gets to live a normal cat life! Our story: Our kitten, Jack, was born with a rare congenital condition called Atresia Ani Type 1. No one in the Chicago area could help us. Multiple vets kept suggesting euthanasia, but we refused to give up. While searching online, we found SVS. They are one of the only clinics that even mentioned Jack’s condition on their website. I emailed them and Nathan responded within minutes. He was incredibly personable. He told us that Dr. Simon has a lot of experience with Jack’s condition

We noticed our dog had a mass which turned out to be a tumor. We looked all around for a vet who could operate on him as soon as possible, and SVS was the right fit in so many ways. Dr. Simon was able to see our dog, answer our long list of questions and take out his mass completely. The vet techs are superstars here!! We also got texts and were able to speak with someone on the phone when we had questions about his healing process post-surgery. He’s back to normal now and living his best life. Thank you!

Our baby Kiara was treated at Simon Veterinary Surgical Hospital to get cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) surgery. We knew something was wrong when Kiara was limping, stopped bearing weight on her leg, and was starting to lose muscle. We took her to Simon Veterinary Surgical Hospital where she was treated. The staff was amazing, from the people at the front desk, to the techs, to the surgeon, the WHOLE team made sure we were taken care of.
