I have been a loyal client here for several years, but I was extremely disappointed by my recent experience. I called to book a slot and was initially told there was space. However, they then retracted the offer, citing an 'old policy' requiring dogs to attend 3 times a month to stay active—a rule they have not enforced in the years I’ve been coming here. Because of this sudden enforcement of a dormant rule, I was told my dog needs a 're-evaluation,' but they couldn't fit him in for that until next week. Effectively, I was turned away despite being a long-standing customer with a dog they know well. It is frustrating when a business prioritizes arbitrary bureaucracy over loyal customers.

I brought my anxious dog here for a nail trim and they treated her amazing. The only time my dog hasn't hated getting a nail trim.

Melissa is simply the best! My boy Noah is getting older, and was born with a neurological disorder that makes it hard for him to stand on a grooming table. He’s been turned away from other places like grooming at PetSmart because of this. Melissa has been grooming him since I moved here last summer and always does such a terrific job with his cut. The price is very good as well for what my boy gets. I can’t recommend Simon & Halle enough!! ❤️🐶
