What a great place to bring your pet! Requesting an appointment online was simple and quick. I had their last slot at 6pm, I got there a little earlier and they were ready for my appointment. Their office is clean, they have Feliway pheromone plug ins so that’s a very nice touch for anxious kitties, their staff attentive and caring, and Dr. Michel has an amazing attitude and bedside manner. I went in because I suspected my cat had an ear infection, Dr. Michel was honest and said that there didn’t look like there was an infection but as a preventative measure he could flush the ears. He came off super honest and forthcoming. Prices are fair, no hidden fees. Definitely trust them with your fur babies.

We took our dachshund for a checkup, vaccines, and a few other things, and Dr. Gutierrez gave us the best service we’ve ever received. He also shared important details about our dog that our previous vet had failed to mention. He provided nutrition guidance and even recommended a book to help us become more knowledgeable about maintaining a healthier lifestyle for Charlie. The clinic is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Similia Veterinary Services is the first veterinary clinic where I have truly felt completely comfortable bringing my dog. They always give special attention to our needs and are consistently supportive whenever we have questions or concerns. Dr. Michel Gutierrez has been outstanding with our dog, Saint, who is a stubborn Rottweiler and can sometimes be a bit aggressive. Despite that, the team handles him with incredible professionalism and care. It’s clear they are experienced and confident working with larger breeds and more challenging personalities. This vet’s office was not pleasant at all. Front desk tech and doctor were very cold and lacked empathy. They clearly needed to make money on the day I visited as they enforced their $80 walk in fee even though they knew I was on my way with a very sick community cat. I called and made an appointment, I called again when I was on my way to let them know I was running late as I had just trapped the sick cat. She said if I was late I would have to pay the $80 fee because they had other appointments already. Well I get there and I am the ONLY there. No one else showed up during the whole time I was there. Tech walked us to the exam room, waited over 15 minutes for the vet to walk in. He never even looked at us in our eyes. He had no bedside manner at all. I explained the situation to him

From the very beginning, Dr. Michael and his entire team—especially Andrea—were incredibly compassionate, understanding, and kind, not only to Bebe but also to my husband and me. Bebe’s bladder was completely full, and he was unable to urinate—a very serious situation. Dr. Michael acted immediately and with great professionalism: he placed a catheter, administered medication, and kept Bebe under IV fluids at the clinic for three days.
