The front desk is fantastic. I specifically mention Mary, Dawn, and Shelly. Each takes the time to know my case, recognize that I am an approved rescue, and make a veterinary visit pleasant. TJ and Zoe are are two of the best techs with whom I've ever worked. They take copious notes at intake, have terrific bedside manner, and treat the animals with love and compassion. Dr. Morgan, Dr. Gavares, and Dr. Heinrich are each wicked smart, very proficient communicators who listen to understand, and set a positive tone for the staff. They take the time to return phone calls and demonstrate with actions their commitment to care. As the director of a boots on the sidewalk rescue, I see the underbelly of many clinics in the Greater Milwaukee Area. This clinic is seriously one of the best.

My cat Dash is such a character and they accommodate him so well every time. I’ve been coming here since they were at their other location, and the whole staff treats us with care and friendliness. They found out that he had Feline Herpes and gave my big boy a full work up. He’s almost had all of their doctors check in on him, and try to come up with the best plan (one that I could afford and one that got him back healthy). We’re finally on the right medicine regimen and he’s doing well! Only routine check-ups now. SSAWC always meets our needs, and we couldn’t have been blessed with a better team. 10/10.

I've taken my pets here for years and have had great experiences every time. My cat HATES going to the vet but they are still willing to help me with anything I need and always recommend the best option for my pets. They really care about animals and will help you with any medical issue.

The most pleasant experience I can remember at any vet’s office under terrible circumstances regarding my dog’s health. Dr. Morgan and her staff are very caring, accommodating, knowledgeable, and thorough. They made an awful situation better in so many ways. I would recommend them to anyone who adores their fur baby like I do.

We are new to the area and went to Silver Springs Animal Wellness Center for the first time. I was worried about my chihuahua being afraid at a new vet but it was quite the opposite! He loved the vet and the vet tech! The office is clean, smells great and the staff is very friendly. They gave me a comparison sheet for pet insurance that was very helpful. You have access to a portal where you can make appointments and look at results. They listened to me when I explained my pets history and I did not feel rushed. I am very happy to make this my dog’s new home vet clinic.
