Silver Nickel Puppies at Troys Stay and Play

Both locations were close to me but fate brought me to the Ridgefield location. I don't normally believe in such a thing but as soon as I walked in, I was mesmerized. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was and that there was no pet smell. I came in with my infant daughter and was so comfortable in the waiting room. I wasn't overwhelmed with barking or pet hair. My husband and I had suffered the loss of our beloved American bulldog and were considering a smaller breed. We had selected several Yorkshire Terriers online in NJ and PA and had appointments to meet our top three contenders. I had a "puppy playdate" for over an hour with no pressure. Beautiful puppies, well-bred and groomed but very expensive. We found several beautiful puppies here but the owner refused to negotiate. We went to D&G Puppies and found similar puppies for half the price. We got our Shihchon Teddy Bear there and we love him!

I purchase my dog from them two months ago the caring and love that they show these animals is truly amazing I highly recommend if you're in the market to buy a puppy or need a place to leave them for a few days this is the place for you! They truly treat them like family.

This place sold us a sick dog with seizures. When we went to return the dog they did not return the $300 and said it was not their responsibility. We are reporting them to the Division of Consumer Affairs and await our refund.Girl behind the counter was very rude.

I purchased a puppy and soon She started losing a lot of weight I took her to the vet and he Said she have a stomach deficiency and it might turn to cancer so I called the place and I talked to a gentleman his name is Nickhe said he was the manager of the facility and he simply said that they will not do anything about it and I already signed the contract and he said he didn’t like my attitude because I asked him about the vet that I should go to which I didn’t give him any attitude and he simply hang up on me what a great customer service it’s a really bad experience and I will never go back again and I don’t recommend anybody to go there If you really need a healthy puppy
