Dr. Kerri is our favorite and our vet for the animals. It was great that she was on call on Saturday for our boy, Finley. Called that day and was able to get in right away for his ear infection. Been a client since I was a kid with our family animals. Thanks for taking care of our pets as if they were your own!

My dog got a vasectomy here. The good: they were flexible with the schedule. The procedure went quickly The bad: After surgery the team never reached out to check how my dog was They intubated him roughly and he had throat irritation for weeks afterwards They told me they would fully sedate him with me in the room before taking him to surgery. They lied, they gave him some but not enough to knock him out before they took him back. Front end staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I asked questions One of the few places around that offers vasectomys but absolutely zero bedside manners.

Silver Maple is a great clinic. Our first visit was emergency and they helped my pet and we will be switching over permanently. The entire staff from receptionists to techs to doctors all truly care about you and your pets. Prices are very fair and even better than my last vet. I highly recommend Silver Maple!

My family has taken our pets to Silver Maple my entire life and typically have positive experiences, but I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated yesterday. I should not be looked down on or treated in an accusatory manner when purchasing flea and tick preventative for my pets. The techs I typically encounter are always friendly and give my dogs attention. The one who called us back yesterday had an attitude for no apparent reason and my dog (who ADORES attention) was barely acknowledged by this woman. She also spoke about me outside the room, insinuating that I stopped giving my dogs preventative in between our appointments. They also seemed very accusatory in questioning why I was seeking an injection for my dog’s allergies, which she has received for years now. It seems staff
