Very nice staff who were very sweet to my dog. Everything was done efficiently and my dog never startled even though she was getting a shot. The lobby was a joyous riot of controlled chaos, pets everywhere, and everyone was on best behavior.

Dr. Inbar is the best vet!! He cares. He’ll come out to your vehicle & begin the examination if there are any concerns about spreading the illness with other animals. He always calls & follows up to see how our dog is doing.

Live in Jerome but well worth the drive!! Amazing Vet and Friendly staff with the absolute cutest waiting room host ❤️ You can just feel the love and compassion they have for animals as soon as you walk through the door. We couldn’t ask for a better veterinarian.

I notice the content of my review isn't on here anymore so I'm posting it again will keep doing so every time it disappears or gets deleted. 5 years ago, Shoshone Vet failed my border collie puppy, Skunk. I brought him to the vet early because I know that time is critical for a sick puppy. Tho I took him in the morning before they opened for the day, he wasn’t seen or treated until that night. I went the next day to see how he was doing and found his IV was disconnected and leaking, leaving him cold, wet, and untreated. The day after that I was told I could take him home. Instead of getting better he got weaker and his body just shut down and he died a day later. I believe if he’d received timely care, he would still be alive. Was in Hailey Idaho and my cat had what appeared to be an emergency situation. These guys were able to get us in within an hour when no one else in the area could. Very friendly and efficient. Cost was reasonable. My cat ended up not having an emergency, but apparently ran into something with her face and had a trauma result in her eye because of it. Total relief. I couldn’t be more thankful for this clinic.
