Shore K9

We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received from Jenn & Bruce at Shore K9! Our dog started as an “unruly runner” and graduated with honors! 🌟 Our biggest concern was effective recall and Jenn and Bruce worked their magic and now our Paco listens so well and comes when called! This is a huge achievement!! Having a well trained dog is really life changing! (We thought we could train our previous dogs and well, we couldn’t!! 🤣 ) It is 💯 worth the time and cost investment! Jenn, Bruce and Evan are the absolute best! I took my pit-mix Jack for behavior modification training and saw improvements rather quickly. He also wasn't used to being around men at the time, so it was great that Evan and Bruce really worked with him to know it was okay and safe. The best part is his training included daycare so he could easily be reminded of his manners throughout the day, while playing with his new friends. The training goes "beyond the classroom" so I made sure to really stick with it after Jack graduated, and he is now the best boy ever. He looks forward to his daycare days each week and seeing his favorite, Miss Jenn. Jack has also made friends that he loves to see each day! We cannot say enough great things about Shore K9. We enrolled our young, high-energy puppy in training after realizing her behaviors were beyond what we could effectively manage at home. From the very start, we saw noticeable improvement. By the end of our program, the team even went above and beyond—extending training to help refine some lingering puppy excitement. Today, she continues to attend daycare, and we couldn’t be happier. We no longer worry about door-dashing or having guests over—she’s become the perfect family dog. When we’re ready to adopt another dog, Shore K9 will absolutely be our first call. Their team is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about both the dogs and their families.

We adopted a 100 lb Great Pyrenees puppy who loved to jump, play, and swing his hips wildly in joy! So much that it became unsafe to be around my young kids, or any other acquaintances. With his size and power he could literally jump on your head or scratch your face! We were unable to control his outbursts and desperately needed help. I’d like to think that I was capable of training him properly, but I am not a professional. Bruce & Jenn at Shore K-9 proved that they are true professionals by understanding our particular situation and diligently working toward a resolution. My wife and I have a border collie/Blue Heeler and he has anxiety problems. We tried having home trainer and also medication through the vet but medication was just making him worse and avoiding the root problem. I found Jenn & Bruce’s Shore K9 and did an evaluation with them. 10 weeks give or take later our dog is as good as new. Not only did my dog drastically get better but he was looking forward to going on his Tuesday/Thursdays which we never thought he would!
