I love this pet supply shop, I'm only going here from now on. They have a fantastic selection. The catfood I buy is consistently cheaper here than petco, I'm asked if I need help by the workers walking around every single time I'm in there, sometimes more than once. They've offered to help me to my car with heavy dog food and recently when I was having a kitten problem I asked the lady who's usually working the register for advice and she was patient and reassuring and gave me great advice that solved the problems

Been here many times and the staff is always super helpful. Special shout out to Luke for helping me find affordable and adorable outfits for my Luna girl today. Thanks guys!

Absolutely amazing, this is so much more then a pet food store it’s an “experience” Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, quality products and customer service beyond anything I’ve ever experienced, highly recommend!

Boo. Missed an appointment. Wanted charge me full price for missed appointment. Been going there for years. I was on vacation. Forgot. Don't mind paying a fee, but full price for a missed appointment. Terrible business practice. Found another groomer. Owners should know the groomer tenants are ruining their business. Adding new business ideas is good to keep business moving along. As you can see you lost a customer because of your tenant. She failed in her own business and now is dragging you down. The sooner you redevelop your business the sooner sales will rebound. Take it for what it's worth.

First time here and I am sorry i have not gone there sooner. I will return. Extremely large selection and staff is great. Prices are great. Highly recommend. I purchased nutri-source puppy food which is very hard to find in eastern Suffolk County.
