Shirkey Veterinary Clinic

I’ve been going to Shirkey’s for years with all our fur babies. We love him and his staff. I now have a 7 month old Labrador Retriever, Chance, and his favorite ladies are Kenzie and Audrey. They are both are so compassionate and caring. Chance has known them since we’ve brought him home and his love for them shows every time we visit. Thank you all for loving my babies as much I do! We recently had to help our elderly Great Dane cross the rainbow bridge. Dr. Shirkey and staff were compassionate, thoughtful, and gentle with our big boy, and our hearts, through the process. I know things can easily go awry with a 170lb dog but everything went seamlessly and I am so grateful for that. They were prepared and professional which allowed everything to go quickly and smoothly. They made our worst day as easy and gentle as possible. We are very thankful they were our village that day!

Very friendly and took good care of my senior dog who is anxious about going to Dr. She was greeted happily and got lots of pets and hugs. Thanks to McKenzie and other vet tech who hugged and kept my doggo calm during visit. And Dr Anna was awesome with her and explained everything and listened to all my concerns. And Audrey up front was very friendly and really appreciated her doing our bill in exam room instead of having us wait up front for it. Thanks to you all for making my girl feel less anxious.

I have been coming here since Dr opened his very first office many many years ago . Very thankful for him and his staff! everyone is always so caring and helpful from Kacie at front desk and others there answering phone , Tech Audrey bonded with my dog immediately and they are a super pair! of course the other girls take such good care of him also I couldn’t ask for better care from any one of them . He met Lainie today for the first time and found another friend . Everyone there goes above and beyond for your pet , he’s not just a number they treat him like he’s their own . dr takes his time and gives a very good explanation of everything , so happy to be blessed with such a great clinic and staff in a small town

Everyone here is so nice! Dr. Shirkey & his team are great with what they do. They all show love to the animals. My dog loves seeing everyone! Today we had the vet tech Vada & she was very caring and showed so much love to little Bella! They did a FNA to check a lump on my girls belly and had the results minutes later! We both love coming here!
