We’ve been customers since they were at their former location on Glenwood! All 6 of our personal dogs and our fosters eat fresh and home cooked food. Our favorite Shine products are the frozen organ cubes, the frozen sardines, the frozen turkey necks and goat neck slices, and the frozen 5# Rockfish and Salmon. We don’t buy their prepared meals (6 dogs is $$$) but some of our clients feed them and we’ve seen that the quality and palatability is excellent. We also use supplements from Adored Beast and Gussies Gut, which we buy here. Very effective! So grateful to have Shine in Boulder, they help us keep our pups in tip-top condition 💜

This is a delightful store with exceptional quality food, toys, and ointments for dogs and cats! I especially appreciate the kind staff and rotating season decorations (see photo)! Absolutely recommend! They also support local crafts makers (e.g., leashes made from retired climbing rope)! 10/10 all around!

We love Shine, and so does our pup! We started supplementing our dog’s food a few months ago, and Shine makes it super easy to do so. The amount of options is great, and helps add a little variety to his diet. He always has a great time sampling everything whenever we go in to stock up on his food, too!

After raw food saved the life of our last rescue dog whose health was failing on the highest end kibbles, we started our pup Micah on Shine pet food from the get-go. He is a springer spaniel, a breed that tends towards allergies and skin issues so we did not want to take any chances. He is almost 10 years old now and is in perfect health. Except when he was a puppy and would get into things he shouldn’t, he has never had to visit the vet for a health problem. We really believe in this type of diet and especially in Shine pet food!
