CAUTION: We took our cat Shorty for an exam 12/22/25 & talked about a sore tooth she had. Kathy yanked a K9 tooth out with a tool after taking her out of the exam room, handing us the bloody tooth upon her return. She gave NOTHING for pain, NOTHING for possible infection, & shoddy care for complications after. She didn't weigh Shorty or even listen to her heart which would have said a lot about her underlying condition. We had to stop in on a Saturday morning to have Shorty checked out after she was barely eating from the tooth pull pain. During that visit, Kathy gave antibiotics, but when she gave Shorty subcutaneous fluids, she put her into beginning stage HEART FAILURE. Here is why I'm certain that's what happened: That next week, Shorty's breathing was strange & she strained to take fu

My cat had to have surgery on his leg to remove a growth that was non cancerous. I originally took him to a vet in Fargo, who tested it for cancer, then quoted me $1,400 after paying a $300 fee for the cancer test. A friend told me about Sheyenne Valley Vet. They went through the quote that I had received and told me what they would charge me that was completely unnecessary. Sheyenne only charged me about $200 for the same procedure, and my cat seems to barely notice he just had surgery. Thank you for being an honest business!

I'm so glad Cheyenne Valley veterinary services took us on his new clients. They clean my dog's teeth for a quarter of the cost and they got him in right away! It was so easy dealing with these people, I wish I would have known about them years earlier!

Our pup needed dental extraction. Vets in Fargo were busy with booking into late October but we did not want him to go that long with tooth aches. After receiving an outrageous quote of $1700-$2200 at Edina Pet clinic, I did my research and discovered Sheyenne Valley. Being a new patient, the process was easy. After procedure, I picked up pup, and he was back to his playful demeanor. Great full to professionals who care for others fur babies without price gouging.

We switched to this vet clinic for proximity reasons after we moved to Hankinson after hearing recommendations from friends and family out of Wahpeton. Couldn't be happier with the services we've received so far! Very caring staff. Our Pyrenees atlas was diagnosed with bone cancer shortly after switching vets and they have been awesome through the amputation, pain management, and now even his grooming needs too.
