I SIMPLY CANT SAY ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT SHELTON ANIMAL CLINIC. DR NOLAN IS A GODSEND. SHE REALLY TAKES HER TIME. SHE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED KYLEECAT NOSE TO TAIL AND THEREFORE DISCOVERED A NEW SERIOUS SKIN ISSUE REQUIRING KYLEE TO GET TWO SHOTS. AT SHELTON, THEY WILL NEVER!, DO UNNECESSARY TESTS JUST TO INFLATE YOUR BILL. ITS JUST THE OPPOSITE. THEY WORK WITH YOU TO DO THEIR BEST WITH WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD. DR NOLAN DISCUSSED, IN DETAIL KYLEES HEART FAILURE ISSUES AND THE MEDICATIONS WHICH COULD HELP HER LIVE A MUCH LONGER & HAPPIER LIFE. BECAUSE OTHER PATIENTS DONATE MEDICATIONS THEY CANNOT USE, DR NOLAN WAS ABLE TO SEND ME HOME WITH A FEW TABLETS OF EACH OF KYLES MEDS ALONG WITH PRESCRIPTIONS I WILL MAIL TO CHEWY FOR COMPOUNDING. Update: we had to go today for another incident. I am in complete awe of this group of humans. My daughter’s dog that I am puppy sitting sliced her foot open. The care and attention by Dr getting on floor with pup and techs gentle touch is so appreciated. If I could give 10 stars I would. Every single person from Melissa and Lisa at the front desk Victoria, Chelsea and the Dr Tori was outstanding. After a traumatic experience with a dog mauling they soothed our stressed hearts. After a bad experience at a vet in Palatka they really came through. The pricing was super fair and they genuinely care about the animal. I hate to tell you how great they are because I don’t want them to get too busy but they deserve the praise.

I have moved my pets to another vet in Palatka. I have been going to Shelton for 10+ years i think and i just don't think its the right place for my pets anymore. The front desk staff and vet techs are amazing (which is why i gave 3 stars instead of 1) but the older lady vet they have on staff does not listen and is rude and somehow i always end up with her. I took my dog in for allergies and she argued with me telling me she KNOWS its her food because she had a beagle and beagles are known for food allergies and insisted i get the specialty expensive Hills food they sell. She didn't seem happy when i didn't want to go that route. Several other issues with this vets attitude but not going to list them all. Also i feel like the prices have gone through the roof over the last few years. i kn

Called in due to a semi emergency they were able to see us same day and where very kind and helpful !! 10/10 one of the best experiences I’ve had especially in a high stress situation for me and my girl❤️

We love everyone at Shelton Vet Interlachen. Dr Lori is the absolute best and has always gone above and beyond for our pups! The entire staff treats us like family.
