My cat was attacked by my neighbor's dog and it was an emergency, they were so accommodating and got my little girl stabilized quickly. The doctor was mindful of need and cost, had her transferred to 24-Hour emergency facility. So grateful for everyone at Shell Animal Clinic!

I have ALWAYS had a friendly, positve, welcoming experience at Shell Animal Clinic. My Bella is troublesome at getting her nails trimmed and they are ALWAYS patient and kind with her! There is NEVER any waiting they get her in and out which is less stressful on her. They ALWAYS have her meds ready and filled when I call ahead for them! When we go to see the doctor he has a wonderful bedside manner and is VERY understanding of the animals and their needs! He is very calm with them and attentive to them. He explains everything to you in terms you can understand and relate to and is VERY budget friendly not doing unnecessary procedures and testings to drain your wallet! He puts the animals welfare first and THAT'S WHAT MATTERS! The staff is ALWAYS VERY friendly, helpful, kind, and caring. Gre

I’ve have been going to this vet for over 10 years. They are always so kind and lovely. Their prices are so reasonable and affordable. They have so many services including grooming and pet cremation. I’ve taken birds, reptiles, cats, and birds here for illnesses and for other care.

Dr. Bennett is very good with his patients. We've had several emergency issues and they made room for us . We won't go anywhere else.

Dr. Bickett is very knowledgeable about all kinds of pets. Everyone is friendly and makes us feel like family.
