Other than being a VERY BUSY Monday, everyone was very nice. It just took forever because of how busy they were...no fault of their own!
The receptionist in the front is very rude and always seems to have an attitude. The doctor Mark, was very respectful!
I absolutely 💯 love Shelby Veterinary Associates! They really love animals and it shows. Never once have I felt like they didnt care about my fur babies. Thank you SVA!
