I don’t think there is anything wrong with the quality of services but something is definitely wrong. First there was only Lauren there today so I had to wait until she finished a dog until she would even check my dog in. My dog has been there 3 times. 2 grooms and one bath only. The first time I boarded her for a couple extra hours because we had something to do. Second time was a bath and we came and got her right away. Today my girl was flopping like a fish outta water and pulling herself out of the door as soon as we got out of the car. Then while we were waiting she started shaking and panting so hard I thought she was hyperventilating. When I mentioned this to Lauren she said maybe because you left her here so long last time. I said no I picked her up right away last time. I won’t b

Ash loves going and comes home looking great!

The folks here are really good at the trimmingof claws. Handled cat well. And, were fast and efficient! And, they're close to home!! Larissa and I will be back.

Sophie loves it there. She comes home looking like a champion just beautiful grooming.
