I cannot say enough good things about Shed Happens Grooming. From the very first message, she was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, and immediately put me at ease. I brought in my 10-year-old Shih Tzu who is both blind and deaf and had become extremely matted after a string of unfortunate experiences with other groomers. I was understandably nervous, but her kindness, patience, and gentle approach made all the difference. She took the time my dog needed, never rushed the process, and treated her with so much care and compassion. I was beyond happy with the amount of time it took to get her cleaned up and back to feeling like herself again. Paige does such a great job grooming our mini labradoodle! She always comes out looking fresh and happy! Such a cute shop and 5 minutes from town so there is plenty to do while you wait! Easy to book online and very responsive! Shed Happens is definitely the only grooming place we will go to!
