Shannon is wonderful with our adorable fur baby! She knows exactly how to groom a miniature golden doodle. Trust us, not all groomers do and she goes above and beyond each time!

I have a Husky, and she has only ever seen the wonderful professionals at Shampooches. They are caring and always do an amazing job! My girl always looks her BEST after time spent there. They are very efficient and I don't have a long turnaround time. I am so glad that I found this wonderful group of professionals.

I would like to start by saying the girls there are very nice, and communication and location was great! The fact they have Saturday hours is a plus too. Unfortunately, I believe they have too much of a schedule to keep and it shows in their work. We took our Huskies there and they were finished within an hour and a half, when they have always taken 2-3 hours total at our previous groomer. It takes us longer at home when we clean them. They were back to being full of tufts and looking like they weren't groomed 24 hours later. Their toe nails weren't clipped very either. I hate that this turned out the way it did, we had high hopes especially with the hours of operation and location.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Shampooches! When we found ourselves in an urgent situation due to our dog’s exposure to mold, she stepped in with kindness and incredible responsiveness. Despite the short notice, she prioritized our pup’s well-being and ensured her first grooming experience was as gentle and pleasant as possible. The groomer’s expertise and care truly shone through, and it was obvious she genuinely loves what she does. When our dog came home, she was not only beautifully groomed but also visibly happy—her tail was wagging non-stop! We’re beyond grateful for Shampooch’s willingness to help us in such a pinch, and we can’t thank her enough for making what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. My big boy Baron loves the ladies there and if he loves them that's great for me! They're always very very accommodating to me, which is great cuz I'm seldom there on time or even on the right day...highly recommend shampoochies
