The staff is great. Drop off is so easy and I love that I have the option of two locations. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. They go above and beyond.
I couldn’t be more happier with a groomer. My dog has severe separation anxiety at vets and groomers. She was a rescue dog so her past trauma is unknown. Shampooch was very accommodating to our dog and treated her like a princess It is the first time I have picked her up at groomers and she wasn’t anxious to leave. I can’t thank you enough.
We love Shampooch and Sarah!! She does the best job with our Great Pyrenees Coco! Coco absolutely LOVES going to the groomer and pulls herself in the front door! Their salon is clean and beautiful. I feel very comfortable leaving my sweet girl there.
So happy this place was recommended to us. Alyson did such an amazing job with our girl Charlie. They know EXACTLY how to cut a doodle and she was so happy when I picked her up!! The report card was just an added bonus to this awesome experience. Thank you again!!
