Shaggy Wags Dog Grooming

Small shop, has a small parking space in front of the shop. The staff members were very understanding and communicative, she was very caring and patient. She asked whether my dog was a senior or not, and if my dog was, I had to sign a paper stating there's no need to rush the grooming of the dog. Due to dogs being 11 years old or older, they want to treat senior dogs with patience and care. Not rushing the grooming, giving breaks, snacks to relax and such. Very understandable, but I do believe this is what causes the groom to be somewhat pretty expensive. 70-90 w/o tip. give or take. I gave a generous 20 because I liked how they treat dogs with respect, and how they're so informative and knowledgeable sharing with the pet owners.

On Thursday Sept 12 I brought my 3 Shih Tzu for fur grooming. I had a bad surprise when I picked them up they had a kerchief around their neck. They were also very nervous. The next day after not having no kerchiefs I was able to notice that one of them had 2 cuts in its neck. I tried to call no one answer the phone. I sent pics of this issue to their phone number but I still have not received any answer from them.

Renee is the best groomer for my dogs. They love her too. I have been taking them here for the past 5 years

Little Loki loves this place! I do too! Sweetest, friendliest staff ever. They always squeeze me in and Loki always looks like his most handsome self! I highly recommend!!!

They treated our Charlie like gold and he looks and smells amazing. And they took us in on short notice. So glad I found them. We will certainly be back.
