Nice lady, decent priced, dog wasn't bathed, my daughters dog was buzzed in places and ignored elsewhere. We won't return.

Took my dog to get nails trimmed. I gave explicit instructions not to go too far; clip just the tips, I'll come back in a couple weeks and we'll do it again and we'll keep doing that 'til they're trimmed good. I let them know she's an older dog and doesn't need to be put in any pain whatsoever so I don't mind setting the extra appointments and doing it this way. I went to pick her up and they had trimmed her claws all the way down and packed every one of them with that white stuff to stop bleeding; which means that poor dog was in intense pain and yelped with every clip. I will state, this was actually several years ago. I just happened to be searching for a groomer and Shaggy Dog popped up and I was reminded of it and I'm STILL angry. Personally, I wouldn't recommend Shaggy Dog to my wors

We love Jane and our dogs love her. We have been taking our dogs to Shaggy dog for years.

When our dog had a sore paw from a nail curling under they stayed open for me to get him there even after I told her he is not a very cooperative pup. She did wonderful with him and he feels much better now. I will Definetly return.
