My dog Dillo was sick for a day or so and was getting worse. My sister recommended this clinic to me. I was able to schedule a same day appointment online, which is so rare! I schedule it for 5:30 because I had to work, the receptionist called me to see if I could come in earlier to assure my dog got the best care. I showed up early as soon I could and was immediately taken back to a room. Within 5 minutes a tech came in and got history. She took my sweet girl back and got her blood and had the vet did the examine. The vet came in and gave us all the options with an estimate! We picked treatment and I was in an out within an hour! We recently have been having some feeding issues with a 3 year old hognose snake. We found Shady Brook Animal Hospital while looking for a vet that can see reptiles. The staff here is wonderful. The facility is super clean. Getting checked in was fast and the wait in the room for the Dr was quick. Dr. Neaderhouser checked out Pretzel( our hognose) for us and we left feeling much better and relieved. She is super sweet and gave us detailed pointers for us to try . She pointed us to a near by reptile store ( Pets of Plenty) and they were super great too. Hopefully nothing happens that would warrant another visit soon, but if it did I would absolutely come back here before anywhere else.

I will start by saying that this establishment provided quality care and good customer service. They were knowledgeable and thorough, and seemed to be very straightforward and honest. No complaints in the care department. They get you in for appointments within a reasonable time frame as well. Initial visits, exams, and vaccines were reasonably priced. My only issue was the insanely high price quote I was given for a spay for my cat with no health complications. Both the possible low and possible high cost quotes were unbelievable. Although I have no complaints in their care or customer service, I will advise that you look up what the reasonable cost for your desired service should cost and compare prices.

The staff at Shady Brook are wonderful! Always very helpful, friendly and make our pup Finnegan feel special.

Took Buc-ee in for an ear infection. We've always had Dr. Neiderhauser but she wasn't there in the afternoon, so we saw Dr. Thurner for the first time. We loved her too. Prices are kinda high... but we have full trust in the kind of care they give our babies.
