Amy and her team were an incredible blessing during the loss of our beloved Charlie. They answered every question with genuine kindness and handled each detail with the utmost professionalism and compassion. This was our first experience with pet after-care, and our family is truly grateful for the respect and tenderness shown to both us and to Charlie.

Very accommodating and respectful. Amy and Steve respected my every wish when it came time to cremate Loki. They took the stress and aggravation out of the worst week of my life. The both of them were very warm, kind and thoughtful as well as being thoroughly aware of the special bond some of us have with our animals. Upon offering the products and services they provide neither pushed any disrespectful upsale only their condolences and a lengthy dialogue about the most important personality in my life. If I ever had to go through such a tragic experience again there is no doubt that Shackelford in Savannah TN is were I would go as well as recommend to any and all animal lovers having to say "goodbye."
