The office staff and techs are always very friendly, caring and helpful. Dr. Culp is excellent, knowledgeable and very loving to her patients and kind to their "parents." She explains everything in depth and makes you very assured and comfortable with the care your pet(s) will receive. 7 Oaks is my choice of vets in my area and has been for many years!

Seven oaks genuinely cares about their patients and they take good care of them. Dr Culp is so knowledgeable and makes the extra effort to give the best care possible. The techs and front staff are very caring and kind. I always leave feeling that we have received the best care possible. I also think their pricing is fair and reasonable. They discuss options and pricing up front so I know the cost. They are great and I am glad to have them care for my pets.

Huge thank you to Dr. Culp and staff at Seven Oaks. Night before Thanksgiving just about closing time I walked in with my pup his tail was slammed in a door. Without hesitation they took Rocky in, and after examining his tail they had no choice but to amputate a portion. All the while the staff was professional and very comforting. They asked if I would like for them to help clean my truck from the bleeding. I have never experienced anything like it. Sacrificing their time with family and friends the night before Thanksgiving. They did a thorough exam kept the staff on the clock. With the procedure, medication, food, keeping the lights on, I would have expected to pay a lot more than I did. I’ve taken all of my pets here and have always had a good experience. They are patient and kind with your animals. They are knowledgeable and true to their word! 10/10 recommend!!

We’ve gone to this vet for years, but I think they’ve officially lost their minds (and our business). My husband brought our dog in for one thing — a rabies booster. He walked out $400 poorer after they decided to play “surprise! bonus tests” without explaining to my husband what they were doing. Blood draw for Lyme? Heartworm screening for a dog who’s never had an issue? All added on without clarification, just assumption that it was okay. Then they come back and recommended to test his urine because the Lyme test isn’t even an indicator that they actually have it. Again—our dog is fine and completely healthy and was just there to get his rabies booster. And then, to top it off, they gave the 1-year rabies instead of the 3-year that was actually needed, but didn’t give the option to m
