They are a very helpful and professional company. You don't have to be in New Mexico to go through them. I would recommend using Service Dog Cert. of America, if you need any guidance regarding your pet certified. Adam especially, is helpful. They deliver as they promise.

Placed an order 11 November. Never received order. Contacted via email, phone, and website submission. No response. Look elsewhere.

I god my service dog 10 years ago, when I search to certify him I found this company that was very new back them. They did everything needed in a timely fashion. I remember we were going to travel to Canada in less than a week and I got all document, vest and ID in 2-3 days paying for Expedited of course! Then a few years after, I was on a road trip and forgot the SDCA ID and documents, I emailed them and got a reply in a matter of minutes asking me for a new photo of the animal, I took the photo with my phone and by the time we arrived to the Hotel all the documents and a brand new SDCA ID was on my inbox! I highly recommend this company and I regret not to have post this review years ago. I think it’s always better late than never. Keep it up the great work/services.
