I used this self-serve dog washing place for a couple years now since it first came out. It’s been really convenient for me, especially during the cold season. I would give it a 5-star review, if it wasn’t for the fact that it had been infested with little black flies before. It had been a problem for a few months from my observations of using it. As gross as it was, I usually just ignored it and sanitized the bath with its sanitizer function before I put my dog in to be bathed. That temporarily solved the issue so that my dog and I could go through the bathing process more comfortably. I went in today to bathe my dog and this issue seems to have been resolved. Worst dog wash ever. Vaccum sucks. Conditioner doesn’t work, and no phone number to call for help.on top of that you can’t even pause the time even tho there’s a button that says pause/stop.

Put my money in, nothing works, pressed all the buttons . No phone number to call, really backwoods operation. Calling BBB completely robbed me of my time and money

Very disappointed.Was very excited to try this place out... Went to take my elderly dog to get bathed, and place is infested with fruit flies. Probably a drain issue, went back week later hoping issue had been resolved and still infested. Looks spotless frm outside. I've now had to lift my elderly dog into car on 2 different occasions for nothing.
