Words cant express how grateful I am for this place! Absolutely everyone who handled Duck did so as if he were their own - with love and care and compassion. They truly went above and beyond for my little guy. He went in for UTI issues and needed a neuter and bladder stones removed. It went so so smoothly thanks to the empathetic and passionate staff at Second Chance. Thank you thank you thank you. He can't wait to see everyone again at his two week checkup. Got me in 2x in the last month for what I thought was an emergency but ended up being something we could cure with medication and keeping an eye on my cat. Thank You very much to the staff at Second Chance! Dr. Dugan & Dr. Fix also Mary in reception and the other receptionists were great. Very thankful for you guys! Please don’t make the mistake I did and drive to the adoption center in East Brookfield… make sure you are going to 372 North Main Street!

Just started bringing my dog Buddy to this wonderful veterinary hospital. I am so grateful for their services at prices that are affordable. I rescued my little guy, he was goi g to end up in an animal shelter & the person I saved him from didn't have any information on him. I thought of second chance immediately. Got him signed up for his basic shots & microchipped. Followed up in 2 weeks for a booster shot. He will be going back soon to be neutered as well as groomed. Just really cannot speak better about this place. My mother also just adopted the cutest black Maltese from here named Toto. She had a great experience with her adoption! What's even better is her Toto and Buddy are friends! They get along great and play when they get to visit each other! Thank you to everyone at Second Cha

I can’t say enough positive things about the North Brookfield location and Worcester location both gave me and my dog full satisfaction from beginning to end. I didn’t really know how any of this was gonna work out with all her tooth extractions with the cost and they made such a stressful event, such a calming calming experience and they worked with us throughout the whole journey and our dog did great and I would recommend this vet to anyone that wants a place that’s trustworthy and very caring and supportive everyone that we dealt with between the technicians the intake for consultations the dentistry in the front desk at both locations went above and beyond. Incredible work from great people. My dog Kuma needed a spay and gastropexy but it was hard to find a vet willing to do this. Second Chance was happy to do it and they are great people. I drove four hours round trip for this surgery and I would do it again in a heartbeat
