Dr Strickland and her tech Anna were wonderful! Dr Strickland took as much time as I needed to help figure out my 82 lb labrador's itching problem. I have never felt rushed in her exam room. She is so good with "Emmett" and he just loves her. Everyone up front is so friendly and pleasant. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Sea Island Animal Hospital provided an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind, from the front desk staff to the back-of-house clinical team. I initially brought my kittens in for boarding, and during the visit the staff identified that one of them needed an updated vaccine. What impressed me most is that they did not stop there. They took the time to do a thorough assessment and found additional health concerns with a kitten I had recently adopted from Beaufort County. Great initial visit with Dr. Fetterman at Sea Island Veterinary Hospital on Lady’s Island!! The front desk staff and the vet tech were all so kind to our baby Abbie! Glad to have them take care of her in the future!

They are truly amazing. We had an emergency with our foster-to-adopt kitten, and they acted immediately to treat him. That same day, they made the necessary phone calls to obtain permission to treat him. They got us in as soon as possible the first day, and when he needed to be seen again the following day, they told us to come in without hesitation. They were very consistent with following up, even calling the next day to check on him. Although the situation did not end the way we hoped and our kitten sadly passed away, we truly believe they did everything they could. I cannot thank them enough for everything that they did for our Fynn.

I just moved here and my dog started showing welts and scratching. I waited a day or two and then tried to get in with the bed. I signed up for, but that that one take her out last minute. So I tried Sea Island animal Hospital and they were able to take me the next day. We saw Dr. Max. He was wonderful with my dog and was quick to help us understand what might be the cause of her discomfort. He was very professional and gentle with my animals, and I really appreciate the respect and kindness he showed toward her. We have since been in communication, as he inquires about her current status. He’s very quick to respond to emails and it’s genuinely concerned about her health. I highly recommend this veterinarian and Dr. Max.
