Scruffy to Fluffy

I never leave bad reviews but I’m so compelled to share. First, the place was filthy! Groomers were walking barefoot and even they looked like they were outside playing in the mud. I’m shocked at how disgusting the home was with a business being ran out of it. I tried going earlier this week to trim my PUPPY’S nails mostly because I haven’t done it in 15+ years and wanted to just ensure he wouldn’t get nicked and then DRED nail clipping for the rest of his life. Well, that was wishful thinking. His first experience he gets nicked resulting in blood (which I’m aware can happen), however, 2.5 hours later, he’s still bleeding. I’m disappointed that they let him leave and get into my car with a paw that was bleeding (they said it was fine) and now I’m annoyed that I have to keep him conta

I have a senior yellow lab who is afraid of pretty much anything unfamiliar. This was her first time being professionally groomed for that reason. She had a great experience, looks gorgeous, and I’m sure she feels like a million bucks. They were very accommodating and made her feel right at home. Can’t say enough about how much this means to me. We will be back for sure!

The owner took time out of her day off just for me to take my dog " a 80 lb vicious pitbull" to get bathed and nails clipped. He also got a free bandana ! Thanks again

Great place! My dogs felt comfortable right away. Service was great, price was very good. Very friendly staff ! Highly recommend.

Not reliable at all. She rescheduled last minute multiple times. Twice, when I showed up for a confirmed appointment she wasn’t at her shop. I honestly don’t know how she stays in business.
