Scruffy To Fluffy Grooming LLC

Twig is a long-haired mini dashund. He was very hairy and needed a haircut. We are from out of state and we are visiting family. I called scruffy to fluffy and they got him in the next day. They did a fantastic job on him and they only took an hour. He looked so cute when I got him. He also smelled so good. He got a bath, haircut, nail trim and his teeth brushed. I literally paid half here then what I would've paid in my own state. They did a wonderful job! When we come back to visit, I will definitely use them again if needed!!

I was very happy to find this groomer..close to where I live, and the prices are excellent...however I have had an uneasy feeling about this place for several months and this past weekend my poor baby's ear was botched so badly. Several months ago I walked in while someone was working in the back and it was quite noisy...she didn't hear me come in and I heard her YELLING at the dog in her care. It bothered me...but I didn't say anything. Next, when I brought my schnoodle in, he cried the whole way home in the car...and upon further inspection, he had a nick on his face, and nobody said anything to me. These are my boys and I love them but they are THE WORST about getting groomed. Maggie and the other girls are so great with them, especially the little black one, Brisco. He has always hated getting groomed or even brushed and his hair is very wiry and gets super long and tangled. I always tell them “just do whatever he will let you do” and he always comes home looking so good. I call him my cryptid but he is the most well groomed cryptid on the block now haha!

We have three dogs. A doodle, an Australian Shepard and a schnauzer/poodle mix. Our girls are handfuls not only from the groomers workload but emotionally too. My doodle has insane anxiety and my schnauzer never lets anyone touch her paws. Then my Aussie usually HATES the dryer like will howl for hours. My Aussie is also fairly guarded and quite vocal with stranger. For this reason we have always done mobile grooming. Scruffy to fluffy came recommended from one of my neighbors and they were just absolutely amazing with my girls from beginning to end. We just moved to the area so my girls were in rough shape. They got all three of them together in fairly quickly. My dogs were so shockingly warm to their embrace and seemed to have liked them right off the bat. Their communication throughout
