Emily is a very talented and caring groomer. She is sure to take her time and ensure that the pups are comfortable before she begins, which makes us comfortable as pet owners. We came to Plymouth on vacation to see family and we brought our dog with us! She really needed to be groomed and get her nails trimmed. We called Emily to make an appointment and she was able to get us taken care of in the short time span while we are here. Emily did a wonderful job pampering our boxer beagle Kelsey! Kelsey is a rescue and sometimes she gets very anxious when I bring her to the groomers. At first I questioned my decision of taking her in while we were up here because I had no idea how well she was going to do because our home groomer has groomed her for the past few years! I can’t recommend Emily & Scrub's Grooming highly enough! She is incredibly kind, patient, and skilled — truly a master at what she does. My dog is usually nervous and very attached to me, but she takes everything at his pace and has helped him become completely comfortable during grooming. I really appreciate that she works with one dog at a time, creating a calm, stress-free environment without kennels or noise. She’s wonderfully communicative, always checks in about my dog’s needs, and makes sure he’s relaxed throughout the process. Every groom is perfect — he comes home looking beautiful, soft, and happy — but what I value most is knowing he’s treated with so much care and respect. I absolutely trust her and feel lucky to have found her!

Emily is the best with my almost 12 year old labradoodle! He gets so excited to see her and she is so patient with him. She does a perfect teddy bear cut. I highly recommend Emily!

Emily is the best! Bradley (minigolden doodle) is consistently groomed perfectly. She is friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone looking for a groomer.
