Dropped off my 12 lb. ShiTsu/Yorkie Bentley for a 1st time groom. My long-time groomer moved out-of-state. Holly greeted me at my appointment 1pm on-time. She asked plenty of questions about behavior & with her ample professional grooming certifications, I was confident. 1.5 hours later, I picked-up my very handsome, happy dog with complete satisfaction. The process was smooth & their online reviews were well-earned. I will be back in 2 months!
