Had a positive experience a few years back, however recently I left my dog there for a weekend. Upon picking him up he and his kennel were covered in feces and blood with large amounts of birdseed in it, told the employee working that the condition I found him in was unacceptable and she tried to offer me $50 at first and then $100 when I wouldn’t take the first amount of money. I then had been told he wasn’t let out to go to the bathroom since 10AM that morning, I picked him up around 650 PM which was almost a 9 hour time span. Had diarrhea the car ride home from the kennel and in his diarrhea was lots of bird seed as well as in his vomit and wasn’t able to keep fluids down and was very lethargic. I took him to animal emergency in Grand Rapids on the advice of my veterinarian for severe d
