Scissors-n-Suds Grooming

I came in with my pomeranian mix to get his wash, nails done, trim, etc. I wanted 1 inch cut off of my dog's hair, keeping his current natural style, which is long and flowy. She cut off way more than an inch. She also changed the style to short and choppy. His mane under his head is still beautiful tho because she hardly touched it, just tidying it a little. I specifically asked her not to cut the curls around his ears - she cut them. I also asked her to get the 2 small mats under his ears and she did not, leaving them for me. So, I'm not a pleased former client. See photos attached.

Very welcoming and certainly did a great job with my doodle. Amber was GREAT!
