Ok folks, listen up. Anyone looking for a really good pet groomer needs to give this "guru" of groomers a chance to show her stuff. I've been with her for 2 years now, maybe a bit longer. And can't think of a single negative thought about her level of performance. She's dedicated, very professional and courteous. Her services are second to none. Her fees are extremely reasonable, she is very friendly and kind to all fur babies. Her shop is very clean and tidy. Anyone in the Reedsport, Coos Bay, Florence, Lakeside, Windy Bay area's looking for a really good groomer should stop by and give her a chance to show you her stuff, you certainly won't be disappointed. Everyone is always saying, let's keep our local merchant's here, well...nows your chance folks. Our fur babies need this awesome

I find the owner to be abrasive and dismissive. Claims her voice mail message is to text, not leave message. Obviously she hasn't listened to it, automated message, says nothing about texting, refuses to clean out mailbox so people can't leave messages. She almost let my dog fall off table while clipping nails, she's very rough about it. Use to enjoy bringing my dog in, but lately, not so much. I'll make the trip to Florence, better customer service and staffed groomers, scissor paws understaffed, it shows Your response proved my point, abrasive and now abusive. Falsely accusing me of neglecting my dog without proof. That makes sense, come in and exclaim I'm neglecting my dog, when what I said was badly needed a nail trim, tried to make arrangements, I'll be taki

LOVE this groomer. She is so warm and friendly, is GREAT with our pups and they always come home looking & especially smelling amazing. Today it was Nikki's turn at the "spa" and Jeannette did her usual awesome job! Highly recommend! Today was Roscoe's turn, and again Jeanette did an awesome job! He looks so handsome.

Our two rescue girls (sweet border collie and spicy heeler mix) are treated with care and patience during their doggie spa days here, and they come home so soft and beautiful!! So thankful to have this great service in our town!

The best groomer I’ve ever dealt with. She got me in very last minute to groom my parents dog after they passed, since he was coming to live with me on the east coast. She fit me in, got me all the details needed for the next groomer. I wish I could pack her up and take her with me to the east coast! Thank you!
