Scio Farm Store

I was very impressed with the level of service at the Scio Feed Store. When I arrived, the young man working was in the middle of unloading a truck, but he still greeted us with professionalism and courtesy. He even apologized for not being able to help right away, which I really appreciated. The store has a good selection and, more importantly, pricing that makes it affordable for farmers to keep farming. It’s refreshing to find a local place that understands what we need and keeps it accessible. I’ll be buying my feed here from now on—highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for quality and service without the big-store attitude.

My Fiancé found this cute little place while working, we decided to visit to see what they had and what their prices were like. To my surprise they have tons of horse food, goat food, chicken food, rabbit food, Ect. I was extremely happy to find they had all the food we usually get at our closest farm store but for cheaper! I have been looking for an 18% protein rabbit food for months as we have giant breeds for meat. All the places around us sell only 16% and we'd have to go an hour out to find 18% I was thrilled to find a spot only 35 mins away with the food we need! They carry a kind by Payback, which I haven't used before. So, I spent a day or two comparing the kind we currently feed to our rabbits and the new kind and doing a bit of research.
