We just moved to the Portland area and stumbled upon this business by accident. We got a great feel about the place initially and our instincts served us well! We had our little Staffordshire Bull terrier Bonbon get the initial grooming package which worked out great. She was shampooed, ears cleaned (very well because they were cropped). The main reason to come here for us was the nail trimming. We were informed of her overall health by appearance, weight, condition of her teeth and skin. We went ahead and purchased a package where she would have these things done on a monthly basis. She came home happy and looking great, nice and shiny. We have been searching for the perfect spot to take our beloved pups and finally found it! We have two senior dogs and a lively younger one, and let me tell you, the search has been quite the adventure. But this place truly exceeded our expectations! Everything was incredibly smooth and stress-free, from the first call to the seamless drop-off and pick-up process. We've visited many in N & NE Portland establishments, but this one was worth the drive. The team has been great! Seems like our Gus is getting used to his monthly visits! So nice having a routine to have all his needs met and they don’t charge if they don’t it. Love having a way to track all his health elements!

Amazing customer service! So excited I signed up for the membership. My 95lb Golden Pyrenees has not been able to get his nails cut due to aggressive that started because a previous groomer traumatized him by cutting a nail past the quick. They were able to cut his long nails after I’ve had many groomers not be able too. Amazing work & highly recommend!

Will never be returning and immediately cancelled our membership. First off, this place is a rip off for what you get. This was the “trim” we got this week. Completely shaved body down to the skin because they said “his ear was matted”. However; he got a complete blowout and brush out at this location a week before this grooming appointment. We also brushed him completely twice after that brush out. Not to mention staff is frequently rude. Our first appointment with scenthound, we were yelled at by a woman employee when pickup up our dog because we took 30 minutes to get there after he was done. There are much better grooming options at much lower costs in the Beaverton area.
