Scenthound Bonita Springs

My 10 year old Maltipoo has been seeing the same groomer his whole life. He recently relocated to Bonita and Scenthound was highly recommended to us from our neighbors. They did not disappoint. He can be difficult — Darla, the manager — said he was a good boy which only leads me to believe that she and her team are amazing. He looked homeless and now he looks like a little chic coquette. Reasonably priced, called me every step of the way to let me know what they were doing to him. 10/10 customer service and execution. We will be back!

I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention my dog received here! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and treated my pup like family. They took the time to listen to my preferences, made sure my dog was comfortable, and the results were absolutely perfect—soft, clean, and smelling amazing. What stood out most was the genuine love they have for animals and their patience in handling even the most nervous pets. The salon is spotless, well-organized, and filled with a calm, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch grooming with a personal touch!

It was a great service,! Very friendly desk, personnel! They rated Ruby as excellent, which made us feel good. but price wise we are ok with doing a self wash at a less expensive place. Thank you so much. Will probably be there once a year for the whole deal.

Raven’s visit to SCENTHOUNDS was amazing. A wonderful Christmas Gift from my son’s family. We were met by a kind and knowledgable staff. Information was given r/t Raven’s preferences and needs. She even had her teeth brushed! Her grooming is perfect, I could not be happier. We will have to visit this area more often as we live in.Vero Beach. Thanks to all

OK, let’s start by saying this place does not listen. Took my dog there a few times everything was good. My dog is double coated. She is not supposed to be cut. My wife and I repeatedly told them do not cut the dogs hair. Last time she was there, they decided to cut part of her tail. Now my dog can’t catch her tail and it’s freaking her out. With that being said, we joined their silly little monthly program what a rip off. Like I said, taking the dog there a few times they’ve washed dried blow dried whatever. After joining their little program now it’s $10 more for your dog to be dried. Canceled the program canceled the visit. Need to cancel this place. No need to write a retraction to what I’m saying. I don’t care what you have to say. Good luck in good riddance.
