My dog Cedric was bathed and received other services regarding nails, teeth, and other checks. He was calm and the examiner was thorough. A nail problem was fixed and he left healthy and comfortable.
It was Apollo’s first time going to a groomers and I was told he did great! And he’s so soft and fluffy now! Will definitely be going back
They did an amazing job with our 14-year-old dog. So gentle, patient, and kind — which is exactly what a senior pup needs. He looks great and we couldn’t be happier!
Scenthound Birmingham staff was amazing with my Belgium Malinois. She is a rescue and doesn't always cooperate when it's time for a bath (loves the ocean but not the bathtub). They were able to bathe her, file her nails, clean her ears, brush her teeth and give her an overall inspection without any issue. She came out smelling and looking great. Indie and her mom appreciate the patience and care they gave her. We will definitely be back!
So happy we found this place. We take both our pups here. Love the different scent options, the affordable membership plans, and simple add-ons. Dog grooming is a tough business and this team delivers!! The customer service is also top notch.
