Scenthound Aiken

They shaved my border collie all the way down after i told them what i wanted. (Anybody with a brain would know a border collie is N O T supposed to be shaven down) When asked about it , they told me that a employee was mad and took their anger out on my dog??? who in the hell takes their anger out on a dog and shaves them down ? They need to find God. As well my dog has an awful skin infection now and will probably need to go to the vet because of how bad it is. I know for a fact her skin has never been this bad. but THANK GOD they offered a refund. How sweet. i have seen another reply of a woman talking about this and i am very interested that both of our dogs walked out bald and with skin infections . So if you want your dog butchered and be left with vet bills i would definitely reccom

I brought my dog whiskey here the other day, he was super nervous of our previous groomer so I thought we can give scenthound a try and he seemed to enjoy the new place much better! He's so clean and nails were great (he's nervous about his feet) so they did an amazing job! Would recommend and I will be returning :)

They were extremely prompt, polite, and professional. My dog can be nervous and skittish but I felt as though she was in good hands with the groomer. They made sure to ask if my dog had any specific needs and offered a variety of options to fit any needs she may have had

After taking my dog to Scenthound of Aiken she developed a bacterial skin infection from improper cleaning of tools in between dogs. They also gave her the wrong haircut the last time (they pretty much shaved my German shepherd when she was suppose to have all over longest cut!) and never ever Apologized for their mistake! IT has cost me over $450 in vet bills, antibiotics for my dog for 3 weeks plus she needs bathes 2times a week in medicated shampoo and the only place the dog goes is my house and there facility. The manager accepted NO responsibility for their mistakes today she became very hateful with me. I'm so way past angry at this point.
