Scales & Tails Utah Reptile Zoo

In 2016 I started a tradition to hire Scales and Tails Utah for each of my grandkids’ 6th Birthday, as a way to befriend and include all of their new classmates. This year was my 4th and youngest granddaughter’s 6th birthday, so it is with a bittersweet heart that I write this review. The Scales and Tails Utah birthday parties have always been a huge success. They are entertaining for children and adults of all ages. Imagine a science lesson, comedy show, petting zoo, bird show, party activity and entertainment, all rolled into one! They make sure that your birthday child is made to feel special while including other children so as not to create potential jealousy between friends. Matthew was so great explaining the reptiles and keeping the adult’s attention with some good ole fashioned humor 😊 great for kids too!! My 1 year old enjoyed it very much! We paid for the interaction and it was worth it! Must see!

Austin C. put on an AMAZING show for our daughter’s birthday. It was like the Jungle Cruise at Disneyland but it was educational, the jokes were funny, and the animals were real. 😂 He was extremely patient with a room full of crazy kids and put the focus on the birthday girl. Only positive things to say about our experience.

Went for a birthday party. Super cute. It’s warm so make sure you aren’t wearing a sweater . The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The massive turtles love to get their backs rubbed .

Staff are kind and well informed. They gave us a great tour and answered all of our questions. The animals are very neat and we got to hold them. My kids loved it! Ages 11 to 22. Well, worth our time and money. I would go back again.
