Say It Once Dog House

We can’t thank Jenilee enough for the great experience we had with the Say it Once Dog House. From day one, she was so kind and welcoming to Remy and Bernie. We boarded the boys for a week while we were in Punta Cana and felt so relieved. We received video updates of the boys during their stay, which we loved, and anytime I asked for an update, Jenilee was happy to share how they were doing. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. We also feed our dogs raw/fresh food, and Jenilee had no problem accommodating their diet, which meant a lot to us! It’s not easy to find a place that’s so accommodating to that. On top of that, we were even able to book training sessions with one of their trainers which was such a great bonus for Bernie and Remy being that they are do

We started our training journey with Say It Once. Hannah was amazing! We spend the first half hour talking about Coda and what his behavior has been like and what we would like from our pet. Then we started with some obedience training and Coda absolutely was perfect on day 1! Being taught how to deal with our reactive pet will be a game changer.

Jenilee is amazing. Our Sheepadoodle Gari loves to stay and play when we go on long trips. We can travel stress free knowing our girl is in good hands.

My dog Maya loves going to Say It Once Dog House. She has always been an anxious dog and this is the only kennel I feel confident in sending her to. She loves Jenilee and I always feel comfortable having her there even when I'm gone for a full week! She was able to do some training classes there when she was younger and they always respect that she is selective on what dogs she likes.

I want to start off by saying how thankful I was to have found Jenilee and Say It Once Dog House. My husband and I are first time dog parents of a reactive dog. So when we needed someone to watch our dog for our wedding and two week honeymoon, to say we were nervous was an understatement. But the second we spoke to Jenilee we were instantly relieved. Jenilee made accommodations to take our dog out one on one as she does does not do well with other dogs yet. I was so happy to know my dog was getting just as much outside time as the other dogs. We knew that our baby was safe and well taken care of. Jenilee’s dedication to the dogs is outstanding. We had a wonderful experience with this boarding facility and will never use anyone else.
