I highly recommend STAF! We had a wonderful experience adopting two young cats. We were contacted very shortly after submitting our application by a wonderful volunteer Amy who guided us through the process. All of the cats we saw were well taken care of. The two we adopted have been amazing. Our vet loved that STAF sent along excellent records of their history and that all appropriate medical vaccinations and care were given by STAF. They are the BEST place to adopt!!

Save the Animals Foundation is a wonderful organization that is 100% volunteer run. I’ve been volunteering there for a year now, and adopted two kittens from them last summer.

We really loved working with Julie and Jean. STAF is an incredibly well run shelter and it's obvious how much all their volunteers care. Yes, the adoption process is more in depth than other shelters, but that's their way to ensure a good match and loving home. The bundle of pet care items they send you home with is unbelievably generous (toys, food, a nice carrier, pet bed). We couldn't be happier with our newest addition!!

After reviewing our application, Kathy initially called us and took the time to clearly explain STAF’s policies and the adoption process in detail. Her guidance gave us a lot of confidence and helped us understand how thoughtfully the organization approaches matching pets with families. When we visited, we met Jordan, who spent time walking us through the adoption area and introducing us to the cats. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.
