Customer Reviews
Save all dogs rescue has the BEST and BIGGEST selection of small dogs in a 200 mile radius. My wife and I have adopted 3 puppies from them in 2 separate occasions. We only meant to adopt 1 pup, an Alaskan Klee Kai that we named Buddy, but 6 months after we adopted Buddy we found out that 2 of his litter mates had returned to the rescue because they were found in the streets. Their owner at the time was contacted and did not want them back. The fact that this amazing rescue drove for 4 hours to get the pups back and their heartbreaking story made it a no brainer for us to go adopt them so they can join their brother in their new forever home. The love that this staff has for these animals, the great selection of dogs, and amazing service makes this the best animal rescue in a 200 mile radiu
This place is amazing! I have been adopting from save all dogs for 11 years. From adult dogs to pups. They go above and beyond for their animals. The vet care these dogs receive is wonderful. Erin goes above and beyond for adopters and the animals. The work , time and the love all the volunteers show is something to admire. If your considering adopting this is the place!!!!
Awesome and easy process. Their rules are outlined pretty clearly. Show up, bring your other dog(s), don’t be mean, find your dream pup. They’ve got some great info on their website (though you have to click around a bit to get everything) about how they operate, where rescues are from, what their policies include, etc. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Arianna was super helpful when we brought our most recent pup home. We’ve welcomed two puppies from SADR over the last 2.5 years. Overall health has been fine so far.. one has a vision issue in one eye likely from birth but it does not seem to bother him. Both dogs have awesome temperaments. Will definitely go back if we’re looking for a dog in the future. Bonus: Puppy playtime events are fun too!
This is a wonderful rescue, run by people who truly care about the animals they save. In October, we inquired about adopting a female beagle/terrier mix listed on their site. Within an hour, they responded that she was available but currently being treated for kennel cough and would need to continue seeing their vet until she was completely cleared. They were completely transparent about this before we even visited the rescue. Once we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind—and we instantly fell in love with our sweet girl Fia. Because she was so shy at home and we had always been a two-dog household, we went back the following week and adopted Fia’s brother, Finnegan. After a few weeks, both dogs were cleared of kennel cough, and they have since become incredible additions to our family
I received a purebred siberian husky, that they had labeled as a husky mix named Alaska (we named her Kiara/kiki) - she is 2 now and we could not love her more! However, when I went to go adopt her, I found out that she was one of only a very small handful of dogs that wasn't currently known to he suffering from kennel cough. Stupidly, I acted in the mentality of perhaps that being true, and it cost me over $12000 and my little boy's beloved German shepherd's life. She was only 1 year old. We are still feeling the devastation every day and my son has made me very proud in how he has handled what very easily could have been resentment for our husky baby. This has been devastating to us though, and we love our girl endlessly (who also very narrowly made it through, and, at that, only after
