We lost our dog Zeus to cancer on October 8th, 2025, it was the most devastating thing we’ve ever had to endure… Savannah Pet Cemetery exceeded my expectations. The staff is beyond words, especially Jen. She was so sweet and kept me in the loop with everything while I was emotional and grieving. Thank you all so much for caring for my beautiful boy, we’re so glad he’s home again.

My experience with **Savannah Pet Cemetery** was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and often dismissive. Calls and emails went unanswered for long periods, and when responses finally came, they lacked clarity and accountability. This poor communication made an already emotional process much harder than it needed to be. The facility itself appeared poorly maintained, and the staff seemed unmotivated—likely a reflection of how management operates. Savannah Pet Cemetery was very compassionate and took respectful care of our girl Chloe when we had to say our final goodbyes. She was the best girl.😢 Last year we also had to say see you later to our black lab Catie. They were both the best fur friends to each other and my family until the end. Savannah Pet Cemetary took great compassionate care of both and showed such empathy to us. Highly recommend.

We use them at work for our clients who wish to pursue cremation. However, I have had to use them recently for my personal pet I lost. They are truly the most incredible people. Always kind, on both sides of the business, and incredibly professional. They truly care. They ask you about your beloved pet and are very sensitive and kind with such a delicate situation. I will and always do recommend them to friends, family, and clients. My pet was returned to me quickly in a beautiful box. I requested fur and a paw print and they happily provided those options for me. Thank you for all you do for the community and for my own fur children!
