Sauk Prairie Small Animal Hospital and Shamrock Pet Resort

The entire staff -doctors, vet techs, front desk staff are all wonderful and caring. Our 14.5 year old pooch had a serious breathing issue. When my sister and brother in law brought him to the hospital the staff rushed out to help him. They took excellent care of him. He went back home and several days later it was his time to take the journey across the rainbow bridge. The Drs gave patient and calming advice and helped my sister make a heart breaking decision. The entire staff truly loves animals. They are competent and compassionate and it shows. May God bless them and support them in their caring work. We received a beautiful card signed by the entire staff. The entire family expresses our gratitude.

Dr. Chad and all of the techs and veterinarians here are top notch. They truly care about my dogs health and have his best interest at heart. They've gotten me in last minute on multiple occasions and everyone there is compassionate. I used to only go to force-free veterinarians but Sauk Prairie excels!

Doctor Meghan, Doctor Chad and all the staff are both awesome. They helped clear up my bernedoodles ear infection that two other vets had been trying to fix for months. The staff is always very empathetic and patient with my dogs, you get the sense that they really do care about the dogs wellbeing. I also appreciate that they take the time to make sure I understand exactly what's going on and explain the treatment plan in detail. They are also very transparent about pricing and are fairly reasonably priced. The facility is well maintained and is nice without being overly fancy.

Dr. Chad and crew are always willing to help with any issues that arise with our pack of pups, big or small, they're not afraid to take it on! They're also very helpful with questions or concerns that come up at home and willing to give their recommendations over the phone or in a quick email!

It really isn't important if I love Sauk Prairie Small Animal Hospital. what is important is that Rudy and Pixie Moose love it. And they do! Great care, friendly staff, and the best vets in the world.
