I cannot say enough good things about our experience! My standard poodle had become pretty matted, and I was honestly worried he would have to be shaved all the way down. She took her time, was so patient with him, and truly went above and beyond to save his coat. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with and takes pride in what she does! He looks absolutely amazing, and I’m so grateful for the care and effort she put into him. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who is skilled, compassionate, and dedicated!

Sassy’s is amazing! They take such great care of my Frenchie and always do a fantastic job. The staff is super friendly, and I love that they offer drop off and pick up in town, it makes everything so convenient. They also send me pictures and videos during his baths which is super sweet. My little guy always comes back happy and looking and smelling great. Highly recommend!

I took both of my diva-dogs to Sassy’s for the first time and they returned home well-cared for and groomed really well. They took their time on these big babies (labs) and kept me informed with texts, pics and videos. I especially like the open concept of the spa (they were not in crates at any time). Sugar & Max will visit there again!

My little has anxiety when going to the groomer. Our regular groomer was unable to get them in so I contacted Sassy’s. She was able to make room for my little and the job she did far surpassed any grooming she ever had. The pics and videos of her appointment were so reassuring that she was being cared for in the most loving way. I’ve never seen her so happy or relaxed at the groomer before. She fell asleep twice in between processes. Oh!!! And the attention she gives to her clients is amazing. Most definitely recommend and will use from now on. NOTE: she is priced a bit higher than some groomers, but it is so worth it. The love, attention, the care and passion is priceless. My dog never looked more like a girlie poodle than she did leaving there.

We never took our cat to a groomer before, we have only had her for about two months, and we tried clipping her claws at home. It was an absolute fail after trying all of the recommended calming techniques. Then, we could not find anyone in our local area who would clip cat claws or the one we did find was not taking new clients.
