Love this kennel! We really did some searching for a good kennel to keep our family pets well taken care of while we are away. Phyllis (owner) and staff really care! Great communication, and friendly. It's nice to feel like we have a home, away from home, for our dog.

Phyllis was great! Responded to my worried dog mom email right away. I must say, for being a kennel, no bad dog smells, very clean facility. You can tell they take pride in their work. I could tell by my dog's demeanor when I picked him up that he was okay. He was all groomed and ready to see me. 😍

That said, when a Company truly goes above and beyond for their clients, I feel compelled to inform others of the experience so that they can make an informed decision when researching options for the services required. Sarlan provides the utmost professional CX support. They are extremely competitive with regards to cost. If you are someone that is concerned your pet will not be properly cared for, Sarlan is the place for you. The fact that they charge much less than many of their competitors has no bearing on the care, attention and amenities that are provided to the pets they board.
